HOW TO MAKE CRISPY HASH BROWNS:
- Place shredded hash browns in a large bowl and mix with seasoning and chopped veggies.
- Spread the mixture out on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until hash browns are crispy.
- Optional: Serve with a side of salsa.
COOK’S NOTE
Try to use a shredded hash browns brand that is oil-free and sodium free. Check the ingredients section of the package and one of the only ingredients should be potatoes.
If you want your hash browns extra crispy, check them about 15 minutes in to flip them over and prevent anything from sticking to the pan.
