Ashley Woodward
What’s up guys? Ashley Woodward here, the founder of MiracleAtlanta.
In case you didn’t know, I’m currently 31 and based out of sunny Sacramento, CA.
I’m a mother of 2 beautiful kids, a certified nutritionist and fitness buff that’s spent years dialing in the perfect diet.
Over those years, I’ve tried nearly every diet you can think of. What started as a vegetarian lifestyle slowly evolved into becoming a vegan and my life has been changed for the better ever since.
I love what the vegan lifestyle does for me, my body, my mental health, and how simple life has gotten since I’ve made the changes. I can’t recommend it enough, and just about every conversation I have ends up coming back to vegan living!
After making the changes myself, I came to the realization that many people have a hard time going full-vegan, which is why I’ve tried my best to stay as flexible as possible on MiracleAtlanta.
My goal here is to help as many people as possible learn about the benefits of eating vegan, and want to share my passion with other people who also have a love for cooking and trying new recipes.
I’ve recently purchased a new DSLR camera and will be shooting more, and more meal pics as they get created in my kitchen, so if you’re on the hunt for new recipes make sure you stay tuned for those.
During my day-to-day life, I love networking with other people, learning about what’s working for them, and immersing myself in the community.
I currently work as a fitness coach and nutritionist for celebrities, helping them travel the same road I’ve gone down.
As for the MiracleAtlanta, it’s becoming one of my main focuses in life. Growing it, connecting with other vegans, creating new recipes, sharing stories on the recipes I’ve tried, taking some killer meal shots, and spreading the word about vegan living is what drives me.
As the site grows, I want to help introduce more of the world’s population to veganism by showing them that you can actually eat healthy, earth-friendly foods that taste great, aren’t expensive, and can actually be fun to prepare.
You’re going to learn about some of the recipes I’ve shared with both friends and clients (at least, the ones that are winners!) and how to develop full meal plans for you and your family.
You’ll also learn about the pros and cons of living a vegan lifestyle, how to supplement your diet, and make sure you’re getting the proper nutrients from every meal that you eat.
Make sure that you’ve subscribed so you get notified as soon as I publish something new.
And if there’s something you want to see, don’t hesitate to reach out to me and send in your requests. Like I mentioned, I love meeting new people, networking, and helping people out that I meet, so if there’s something you want to see I’ll be happy to get it put together for you!
